By using HisabWala ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is a calculator and information utility provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

Not financial advice

Everything in this app — calculators, results, news headlines, market figures, tips and fun messages — is for general information and entertainment only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and no content should be relied on as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any product or security. Always verify important numbers with your bank, broker, employer or a qualified professional before making decisions.

Calculations

Calculator results (EMI, SIP, PPF, tax and all others) are estimates based on standard formulas and the inputs you provide. Actual amounts from banks, funds and government schemes can differ due to rounding, fees, taxes, compounding conventions and rate changes. Bundled reference rates may be outdated at any time.

News

The News section shows headlines from public Google News feeds. Headlines and stories belong to their publishers; tapping a story opens the publisher's page in your browser. We automatically filter and rank headlines and cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy or availability.

Market data

Index values in the ticker come from publicly available third-party feeds and are DELAYED (typically 15 minutes or more), may be inaccurate or unavailable, and are shown for general awareness only — never for trading decisions. NSE, BSE, and all index names belong to their respective owners; the app is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any exchange.

Privacy — the short version

Your numbers stay on your phone. The app has no account, no login, and no analytics SDK. Calculation history, settings, game progress and all personal data are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app. We do not collect, sell or share your personal data.

Privacy — what does leave your device

1. Fun messages (AI): to generate a fresh funny line, the app may send only the amount shown, your app language, country and chosen style to an AI service. No name, contact, identifier or history is sent.
2. News and market data: fetching feeds sends standard network metadata (such as your IP address) to Google and the market data provider, as with any internet request.
3. Advertising: the app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID and related signals to serve and measure ads, under Google's policies (policies.google.com/technologies/ads). You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

The app requests only the INTERNET permission — no location, no contacts, no storage access.

Children

The app is a general-audience utility intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Entertainment content

Roasts, quips, easter eggs, stickers, levels and the daily game are jokes and motivation — they are not statements about you, your finances, or real offers of any reward with monetary value.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss — arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its content.

Third-party services

The app uses: Google AdMob (ads), Google News RSS (headlines), a public market data feed (index values) and an AI text service (fun messages). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their services are governed by their own policies.

Changes

These terms and this policy may be updated with app updates; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
